Testing the ability of alternative promoter chassis to be made inducible. Data are shown for six different promoters, including our initial modified GAL1 promoter design (P1). CM1 and CM2 are two different variants of ‘CYC1 Minimal’ promoters we designed to remove basal activity from the wild-type CYC1 promoter.
