Transport of Gly-Sar, MPP+, and valacyclovir is significantly higher across normoxic calf SCRPE than hypoxic calf SCRPE. On the other hand, transport of phenylacetic acid is significantly higher across hypoxic SCRPE than normoxic SCRPE.
