Calcium was also measured after mouse oocytes recovered at 13% ethanol for 10 min (Mouse 13h+Ethanol). Oocytes recovered at different times were cultured for 40 min in M2 (mouse) or HR1 (rat) and the calcium concentrations were measured during the culture. Each treatment was repeated three times, with each replicate containing about 20 oocytes.
