For all studies, groups are control (ctrl), diabetic (Diabetic), Diabetic +IGFBP-3 NB (Diab +BP3), Diabetic +CMV (Diab+CMV), Diabetic+IGFBP-3 NB left eye (Diab+BP3 contra) and Diabetic+CMV left eye (Diab+CMV Contra). Panel A presents Western blot results for the ratio of phosphorylated insulin receptor tyrosine 1150/1151 to total insulin receptor. Panel B shows the ratio of phosphorylated IRS-1 on serine 307 to total IRS-1.
