Cells were collected directly after isolation using magnetic-activated cell sorting CD271 beads, mRNA was isolated, and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was performed for different stem cell (A–E), astrocyte (F–H), oligodendrocyte (I, J), proliferation (K), and neuronal cell markers (L, M).
