The dendrogram is a simplified version of the top half of the full dendrogram in Figure S2. The subtype threshhold is indicated by the light blue vertical line near the base of the tree. Most of the identified modules fall within already established subtypes. The new subtype I-G was separated from the earlier subtype I-B, and variant subtypes VI-I, VI-2, and VI-3 constitute exceptional subtypes with few members.
