Folding kinetics of the Spliced Leader RNA from L. collosoma simulated with TREEKIN. We applied BARRIERS and TREEKIN to simulate folding kinetics based on the macrostate model. Each macrostate representative local minimum was mapped to its πhhishape, and ones with the same hishape were merged. The simulation started from the open chain. We show the results for the 25 best hishapes plus the open chain.
