The alternating structures of the c-di-GMP riboswitch of the tfoX gene from C. desulforudis audaxviator MP104C. We took the native structures proposed in [26] and used them as constraints to predict the energetically optimal structure using RNAFOLD. These results were then mapped to the corresponding hishapes. ΔG is the free energy in kcal/mol, and hishape represents the πhhishape.
