Specificity of the vaccination in a subcutaneous tumor model. Two groups of BALB/c mice (n = 10) were injected subcutaneously with 10⁶ RLZ-HKGag cells and immunized with either 10⁸ IU/mouse MVA-HK_con or 10⁸ IU/mouse MVA i.m. on day 10. Tumor size was monitored by caliper measurements. The arrow indicates the vaccination on day 10.
