AF2KO serum metabolites
Blood was collected from AF2KO mice after a 6-h fast. Serum metabolites were measured using a colorimetric assay. AF2KO mice did not exhibit significant difference in serum metabolites as compared with L/L mice. Data are represented as mean ± S.E. n = 4 mice/genotype.
