Striatin 3 inhibits MST3-induced apoptosis in Jurkat cells. A-H, Jurkat cells were transfected with the indicated constructs encoding FLAG-tagged MST3 and FLAG-tagged striatin 3. Cells were stained with annexin V and propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed by flow cytometer. The numbers are the percentage of apoptosis in each sample. I and J, HEK293T cells were transfected with NF-κB-Luc and different doses of MST3 (I) or striatin 3 (J) in the absence or presence of TNFα, and then the luciferase assay was performed.
