Effect of snake venom activated NK-92MI cells on the expression of apoptosis protein in lung cancer cells (A549 and NCI-H460). Equal amounts of total proteins (50 μg/lane) were subjected to 10% SDSPAGE. Expressions of Bax, caspase3 and cleaved caspase3 were detected by Western blotting using specific antibodies.
