Effect of apigenin on fluoride-induced increases in phospho-MYPT1 levels. Phospho-MYPT1 protein levels were significantly decreased in quick frozen apigenin-treated rat aorta in the absence of endothelium compared to vehicle-treated rat aorta precontracted with fluoride.
