Gγ10 is selectively involved in TNF-induced necroptosis. Control and Gγ10-knockdown L929 cells were treated with either TNF (10 ng/ml) for 10 h, H2O2 (3 mM) for 4 h, MNNG (0.5 mM) for 30 h, Etoposide (50 μM) for 30 h, Arsenite (25 μM) for 16 h or CoCl2 (50 mM) for 30 h. Cell viability was measured using PI exclusion. Data depict mean ± SEM of one representative experiment of three or more.
