Effect of precipitation-coacervation parameters on chitosan-FITC-BSA particle size and PDI. Parameters including: chitosan concentration, molecular weight/viscosity, precipitant salt addition rate, and sonication power were varied following the experimental design described in Table 1. Resultant particle size and PDI of the resultant particles were determined by DLS. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments.
