293 cells were transfected with: (A) vector, (B) ZEBRA, (C) EGFP-BGLF5, (D) FLAG-BGLF5, (E) ZEBRA and EGFP-BGLF5, or (F) ZEBRA and FLAG-BGLF5. Cells were fixed and stained with antibodies specific for PABPC, FLAG, or ZEBRA, and fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies.
