ppBECs were pretreated with IL-13 + IL-4 or not for 24 hours prior to infection with RV16 at 1×10⁶ TCID₅₀ units/10⁶ cells. Viral RNA was quantified and expressed as copy number relative to known standards (n = 15). Viral release into the supernatant was measured using TCID₅₀ assay (n = 15).
