Antimicrobial activity of fish AMPs. Bacteria and fungi included MICs (μM, or μg/mL will be indicated) values, MLCs (μM), vLD90 (virtual 90% lethal dose, mg/mL [mean ± SEM]) or IC50 (μM). If values are not included antimicrobial activity was assessed by inhibitory halo (IH) and size in millimeter was not presented, if so, is indicated. If isoforms were tested, the best performance value was used. For parasites, the minimum protozoacidal concentration (PCmin) or MIC is indicated.
