(A) SLE patients ranked by increasing IFN score from the first to the second visit showed significant increase in STAT1, CCL2, CXCL10, and miR-146a. (B) Patients ranked by increasing STAT1 also showed significant increase in IFN score, CCL2, CXCL10, and miR-146a. (C) SLE patients ranked by decreasing IFN score from the first to the second visit showed significant decrease only in STAT1 and CXCL10. (D) Patients ranked by decreasing STAT1 showed significant decrease in IFN score and CXCL10.
