UMGCs were harvested after adoptive transfer of iTreg cells. Foxp3+ iTreg cells from WT splenic CD4+CD25+ T cells were generated by FTY720-induction (named as ‘from CD25+ cells' group) (A-D), or from conventional WT splenic CD4+CD25 T cells (named as ‘from CD25 cells' group) (E-H). In the ‘control transfer' group, control cells without FTY720-induction were transferred. UMGCs were harvested and analyzed on Day 3 after transfer.
