The expression of miR-1 and CNN3 genes in the different tissues and developmental skeletal muscle . (A) The relative levels of miR-1 were evaluated in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, ovary and skeletal muscle in different breeds using real-time PCR. Total RNA was isolated from adult pig(12 months). (B) The CNN3 expression levels in the Tongcheng and Landrace pigs in tissues. Real-time PCR analysis of miR-1 (C) and CNN3 gene (D) during 16 developmental stages (from embryonic day 33 to 120 days after birth) in both breeds. The values in the columns represent the mean values ± standard error expressed as the relative expression level. In each group, the lowest expression value was chosen to evaluate the relative expression level of the target gene at different stages.
