N14Y is 5′-end labeled DNA oligonucleotide with 3′ phosphotyrosyl, and N14P is 5′-end labeled DNA oligonucleotide (see Experimental Section). Gel-based assays are commonly acquired twice for each compound, and they are always run with positive controls, including camptothecin and an indenoisoquinoline.
