Infection with MAP led to hardly any decrease of body weight even not in the first week. Adoptive transfer of CD4⁺CD45RB^hi, CD4⁺CD45RB^lo/int or CD8⁺ T cells on day 28 had no influence on the body weight, neither of uninfected nor of infected mice. n = 4 mice in each group.
