Human SK-N-BE2c NB cells were treated with or without 1 µM cisplatin for 2 h. Cells were washed twice with growth medium and were cultured in fresh medium with or without 20 µM R9-caPep for 3 weeks to allow colony formation. The colony counts in 3 dishes under each treatment condition were averaged and graphed plus/minus standard deviations.
