Influence of anandamide and its solvent Tocrisolve on the concentration-dependent vasoconstriction induced by U-46619 in the endothelium-intact human pulmonary artery. The results are expressed as percentage of the isometric contraction induced by KCl 60 mM. Note that anandamide (although relaxing pre-constricted vessels) did not affect the basal tone.
