Downregulated miR-210 decreased viability in hypoxic C28/I2 cells depending on HIF-1α. Cell viability was detected after 48 culture by MTT assay after being treated with miR-210 mimics, miR-anti, or HIF-1α si on normoxia or hypoxia.
