(B) Linear regression analysis of the relationship between magnitude of FC-induced alteration of P-PSPDR and [K+]o revealing that over the range 0~3 mM a 1 mM change of [K+]o is accompanied by nearly a 37% alteration of DHs neuron responsivity. Note that at [K+]o values less than 1.8 mM FC induces LTD; however, at values exceeding 1.8 mM FC induces LTP.
