Characterization of TRAP1 release in MN9D cells following treatment with other apoptosis-inducing drugs. MN9D cells were treated with or without (A) 1µM staurosporine (STS) or (B) 100 µM etoposide (ETO) for the indicated time periods and subjected to cellular fractionation (mitochondria and cytosol). Total and fractionated lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with anti-TRAP1 antibody.
