Cortex of WT and Tg2576 animals was analyzed at four time points (1.5, 3, 6, and 17 months of age). Anti-SUMO-1 (A), anti-SUMO-2/3 (B), anti-Ubc9, anti-SENP1 (C), and anti-AβPP (D) have been used for the protein detections. Results are expressed as ratio between Tg2576 and WT.
