Quantification of controlled cellular uptake of CPP-ELP_BCs by flow cytometry. HeLa cells were incubated with 10 μM CPP-ELP_BCs for 1 h at 37 or 42 °C. (A) Internalization was quantified by cellular fluorescence in live cells.
