Intraobserver snake variability. Measurements from snakes initialized from three trials by one observer were regressed against one another. Longitudinal measurements showed more variation: DLNG and DPP had lower R2 values than ATRV and APP, and in general the slopes of the longitudinal models were farther from 1.
