(A) The expression levels of mature miR-338 in gastric cancer (n = 41) and adjacent normal mucosa tissues (n = 24) were determined using quantitative PCR. Both the gastric cancer and adjacent normal mucosa samples were fresh dissected. The expression level of mature miR-338 in the gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than in the adjacent normal mucosa tissues.
