Flow cytometry (FCM) analysis of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in vitro. Peritoneal macrophages were harvested for FCM test after exposing to dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for 48 hours. The M1-type was labeled with CD11b, F4/80, and Ly-6c. The M2-type was labeled with CD11b, F4/80, and CD206. The relevant three-color isotype control sample was set as negative control. F4/80⁺CD206⁺ cells and F4/80⁺Ly-6c⁺ cells were both gated on CD11b⁺ cells. (A) Cells in right upper quadrant mean the percentage of CD11b⁺ F4/80^high CD206⁺ cells.
