The biotin incorporation level is 55% for dMMO2A-d5SICS, 70% for dNaM-d5SICSA and 70% for dNaM-d5SICSαS. A 50 bp DNA ladder is included in the rightmost lane of the gel. The faster migrating, strong band corresponds to dsDNA, while the slower migrating band corresponds to the 1:1 complex between dsDNA and streptavidin. The faint and most slowly migrating band in lane 6 corresponds to the 2:1 complex of dsDNA and streptavidin.
