Kinetic constants were spectrophotometrically analyzed by determining the initial reaction rate at 340 nm at different substrate concentrations. Reactions were carried out in the optimal conditions. The dependence of AcCR's activity on substrate concentrations and the corresponding Michaelis–Menten curve or Hill curve were illustrated in Figures S25.
