RAW macrophages were cultured in the absence or presence of 30 μM 18:1/18:1-PG or 16:0/16:0-PG for 24 h. After total lipid extraction, analysis of BMP molecular species was performed by electrospray MS as described in Material & Methods. Data are expressed as mole percent and are the average of three independent determinations.
