Years since LIS onset was calculated for all participants with LIS to the earliest time they had LIS, either classical or incomplete.

The cause of LIS was ALS (4), brainstem stroke (2), cerebral palsy (1), brainstem AVM (1), and Duchenne muscular dystrophy (1)
