RAW cells were treated with MAPK inhibitors (U0126, SP600125, or SB203580) or 0.05% dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) during a 2-hour TVX incubation, after which time the medium was replaced with one containing SAL or LPS (without inhibitors).
