(ii) The first and second electrocatalytic O₂ peak current differences minus 18% (negative control − cyclic voltammetry studies conducted in the absence of E. coli), (n=5, ±1 SE). In addition to the detection of oxygen consumption, we have shown our system to be compatible in the measurement of oxygen increase in solution (see S1.2).
