Notes: Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (MNCs) demonstrated a spindle-shaped morphology (A) after in vitro expansion (×200). Cells cultured in endothelium culture medium are positive for Dil-ac-LDL (B) and UEA1 (C) uptake. Double positive cells for Dil-ac-LDL/UEA1 uptake demonstrate yellow color (D).
