Spinal cord sections from a wild type mouse (top panel) and a CB1 KO mouse (bottom panel) were stained with CB1 antibody. Representative ventral horns images are shown. CB1 antibody staining showed positive bright puncta in motor neurons in the wild type mouse spinal cord section, while only weak background staining was observed in the CB1 KO section.
