Properties of particulate-templated (PZ) and bilayered (BL) scaffolds produced with 0.03 or 1.0 mm3 porogens. Addition of the aligned fibre membrane in the BL scaffolds significantly enhanced tensile mechanics and lowered surface roughness when compared to single-component particulate-templated scaffolds.
