B, Transendothelial migration is not inhibited by FILIP1L. Resistance changes in the impedance as confluent layers of HUVECs were challenged with FILIP1L clones ±DOX (indicated by arrow). Real-time impedance changes were recorded, wherein each curve represents the average of impedance change measured from four electrodes. 0.5 μg/ml DOX was used to induce FILIP1L expression for all in vitro experiments.
