PPP2CA restoration decreases incidence of metastasis. Mice group injected with PC3-Neo cells show metastatic deposits of cancer cells in liver, lung, lymph node and bone, whereas PPP2CA-overexpressing group had no gross evidence of deposits of cancer cells.
