Different superscripts indicate statistically significant effects (p<0.05) (i.e., similar superscripts indicate statistically indistinguishable groups, p<0.05): of CPA within each genetic background on EaLp or EaPs values (letters, rows), or of genetic background within each CPA group on EaLp or EaPs values (numbers, columns).
