Sensitivity of the lsrS mutant to various antimicrobial agents. THY agar plates containing the indicator strains were either preseeded with a galolacticin (Gal)-producing strain (BAA2069) or spotted directly on the overlaid plates and incubated overnight at 37°C under microaerophilic conditions.
