B cell subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry in bone marrow, spleen, lymph node, and peritoneal lavage samples of wild-type, SPPL2a−/−, SPPL2b−/−, and SPPL2a/b double-deficient (SPPL2a−/− SPPL2b−/−/do-ko) mice. The proportions of cell populations are indicated as the percentages of viable cells (PI) or absolute cell numbers, respectively. Results represent means from 6 mice per genotype. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc testing.
