RNAi induced by dsPns10 inhibited the assembly of viroplasm and the infection of RRSV in VCMs. At 24 h after transfection with dsGFP or dsPns10, VCMs were inoculated with RRSV. At 84 hpi, VCMs were immunostained with Pns6-FITC and Pns10-rhodamine (A), with P3-FITC and Pns10-rhodamine (B), or with P8-FITC and Pns10-rhodamine (C) and then examined with confocal microscopy.
