A. Prevention of SH1001 biofilm formation in a microtiter plate assay by addition of purified Nuc2 at doses of 0, 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL at the time of inoculation. B. An established SH1001 biofilms is treated with Nuc2 and incubated for 0 (black), 30 (gray), or 240 (white) minutes. Results are representative of 3 trials, with 6 wells per strain measured per trial.
