UV–vis spectrophotometry of various formulations of OS ethanolic extract prepared in soybean phospholipids. The OS-E extract showed maximum absorption at 286 nm and 326 nm in both formulated and non-formulated extract. OS-E refers to ethanolic extract, SBP refers to soybean phospholipid, and F1-F5 refers to different formulations prepared at the following phospholipids to extract (mg/mg) ratios: 150/50, 100/50, 50/50, 25/50 and 25/75, respectively.
